Mend to the End
Starts 30 days before your event date this means you've handled your venue selection, theme & design, and vendor hires. This option is best for you if you just need help with the last minute details like finalizing the timeline, vendor communication, floor plan, & running the full day of the event. Our team will be there from setup to breakdown to ensure everything runs smoothly. We will make sure scheduling and execution goes as planned. If your event is a wedding, pricing includes rehearsal ceremony and reception.
Tasks include but are not limited to:
- unlimited communication starting 30 days prior to your event
- In person Venue walkthrough to gather all details of event planning thus far
- Timeline and floor plan finalization (including vendor setup & breakdown)
- Point of contact 30 days before your event and on event day
- Manage vendor & decor setup
- coordinate entertainment & all announcements
- Assist with decor such as table numbers, place cards, favors, dinner menus, centerpieces, welcome sign, seating chart, etc
- execute schedule
- Packing of personal decor items at the end of the event & give to designated person

We go above and beyond for our clients with top notch service, meticulous planning, and the best scratch-made cocktails around! Perfect for any occasion we bring the bar to you.
